Think about it, of all the fitness programs available in the world, none of them have been designed with a focus on intentionally creating an environment where all students clearly see and understand the direct impact of the power of our physical bodies and mental capacity while developing the social-emotional component within our students. We use the research from the book wanting by Luke Burgis and his mentor Rene Girard known as the father of mimetic analysis. Which states that human beings learn, follow, and imitate the people they surround themselves with. The outcome is that they understand, follow, and imitate the highest examples of human excellence in the world. Why superleaders? Let's start with explaining what a leader is, someone who does the right thing at the right time at the right moment with courage.
