We offer international, global, and U.S. equity portfolios, through separate accounts and pooled vehicles. We serve a global client base that includes corporate and public pension plans, Taft-Hartley plans, endowments and foundations, and high net-worth individuals.
Cassandra Hardman, CIO of International and Global Strategies and Chief Executive Officer, is the lead portfolio manager for our International Equity strategy and is the final decision maker on purchases and sales, portfolio construction, and all other aspects related to the portfolio. She is supported by the entire research team, of which she is also a member and backed up by portfolio managers Henry Woo and Jim Pontone in the portfolio management role. The structure is designed to maximize conviction in portfolio holdings, as well as to provide for clear authority and accountability.The team’s investment professionals include 3 portfolio managers, one of which includes the Firm’s Director of Research, 3 research analysts, and 1 Director of Portfolio Attribution and Analytics. Portfolio managers and research analysts are responsible for all research coverage, divided by global sector expertise. As mentioned above, Cassandra Hardman is the lead portfolio manager and responsible for all final decisions of portfolio management. The Director of Research manages the research analysts and provides oversight on research activity. The Director of Portfolio Attribution and Analytics is responsible for operating the monthly quantitative screen and monitoring portfolio attribution.
