Uncle Yankey’s started as a home based business in Brooklyn where it’s now being manufactured in Cook Collective Kitchen in Brooklyn, NY. No other companies was offering hot sauce in quite this way where we took exotic tropical fruits like pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango along with healthy vegetables like beets and bell peppers, mixed in with fresh seasonings and raw peppers to create a flavorful and savory hot sauce with an intense heat that will leave your palate bursting with great robust flavors that could only be found in the Caribbean. When I sell Uncle Yankey’s pepper sauce to my customers I just don’t want to make a sale. I want them to enjoy the experience of seeing how colorful each blends looks, smell the fragrant aroma and taste each and flavorful ingredients it’s made with so they can develop a love for my pepper sauce just like I do and become a regular where my pepper sauce will become a staple item in their home. As of today Uncle Yankey’s has 12 great bold flavors for everyone’s palate, pineapple, grapefruit, strawberry, tropical, virgin tropical, scorpion mango, exotic grapes, healthy beets, avocado and banana pepper sauce, avocado and homemade pepper sauce.
